NICKS COLD SERVICES
Privacy.
This policy covers aim-stars-esports.vercel.app. Last updated 6 November 2026.
Who is responsible
Nicks Cold Services operates this website for Aim Stars Esports. For a privacy question, use the contact page. That form does not transmit the note. It only keeps it on your device, so a request to delete data we never received has to be made by clearing your browser, as described below.
What this site stores
- The contact form saves the name, email address, and message you type into local storage in your browser, under the key
aimstars-notes. That data is not uploaded to Nicks Cold Services, Aim Stars, or a database. - The site does not create an account, does not ask you to sign in, and does not run an advertising tracker.
- The site does not set a marketing cookie and does not sell personal information.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. A normal request can be recorded in host logs, which may include the IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. Those logs are used to run and secure the site. Nicks Cold Services does not use them to build an advertising profile.
Pages and links
Roster photos are published by the org from images the people already use publicly, including Discord profile pictures. Leaving this site for Fortnite Tracker, a partner shop, or another link puts you under that site's own privacy policy.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and the contact form should not be used to send a child's personal information.
How to remove a note
Because a contact note never leaves your browser, clear it there: in your browser settings, remove site data for this website, or clear local storage. That deletes the saved note from the device that stored it.
Your choices
You can browse the roster, about, and merch pages without submitting the form. If a law where you live gives you a right to access or delete personal information a business holds, and you believe Nicks Cold Services holds information about you from a source other than this form, write through a channel the org actually monitors. This page will say so if a form later sends mail to a server.
Changes
If the site starts sending messages to a server, taking payment, or setting analytics cookies, this policy will be updated on this page before that change is treated as the current practice. The date above is the version in effect. The terms sit beside this policy.
